Dr Lauren Samuelsson BA/BLM(SecVET), MLitt, PhD
I am a historian who recently completed my PhD at the University of Wollongong, researching the way that the Australian Women's Weekly influenced Australian food culture from the 1930s through to the 1980s.
My research interests include the history of food and drink, women's history, and the history of popular culture.
